Appellation : IGP Pays d’Oc Color : White Grape varieties : Chardonnay, Roussanne Alcohol : 12.5% Vol Tasting Color: Straw yellow colour with silver nuances, luminous and limpid with a certain viscosity on the walls of the glass, beautiful presentation. Nose: Expressive and rich nose. it mixes floral and white fruits perfumes; then come more exotic flavors (mango) on a background of sweet spices. Palate: Beautiful attack in the mouth with a wine that has a good volume presence. The evolution is more powerful but is counterbalanced by a good acid support. The whole is rich with even a certain suavity of the perfumes but it avoids all heaviness thanks to its freshness. Nice construction for this wine all the same powerful enough. Pairing & Suggestions : Perfectly suited to cocktail parties, fish, and goat’s cheese. Serve at 10-12°C.
